Why can't the original scene object be saved, only the newly

After the saved scene is loaded automatically, new objects are added to the scene, and then saved again. Why can't the original scene object be saved, only the newly added object can be saved? Note: Our version is Easy Save 3.1, Unity 2019.1.1f1 (64-bit).
