Hello, hope you are doing good.

There are 3 settings:
1. Auto Update References
2. Use Global References
3. Add All Prefabs to Manager

What is the use cases of those (I can't find anything related to it on the online docs)? Can I turn them off?
I don't have any scene objects or 'scene state' that requires saving.

If you're not saving/loading any reference types, it's safe to turn these off.
