Readable strings in text file

So I just bought easy save because it was on sale and its working just great. But I have one question : when I save my float variables to a txt file I only get junk when i open the file. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Answer:
The ES2.Save methods store data in binary format as this is significantly faster than text-encoded formats. To save readable strings to a file, you should use ES2.SaveRaw or the Save Raw action.
