Before asking for support, please ensure the following:

1. Are you using the latest version?

Ensure you are using the latest version of Easy Save from the Asset Store and the latest stable version of the year of Unity you are using.

2. Does the answer already exist?

Have you searched the docs and searched this forum to check the answer doesn't already exist?

3. Does the issue happen in a new project?

Have you tried replicating the issue in a new project? A significant number of issues we receive are unrelated to Easy Save. You might also want to try making a copy of your project and reducing it down to try to isolate the issue.

4. Having issues with or warnings about references?

First read the Reference guide, especially the 'Reference could not be found' section.

5. Are you using undocumented methods or code?

We can only provide support for documented methods as others are only used internally and will be subject to change.
