Auto Add Manager unchecked but still adding

Hello,

I've unchecked the Auto Add Manager to Scene, but every time I do save my scene, the Easy Save 3 Manager comes back into the hierarchy.
I'm using Unity 2018.3.7f1 and I have the last pre release version of ES3.

Update : I managed to remove the Easy Save 3 Manager by unchecking the auto add manager setting in the ES3 Default Settings prefab.
Maybe something wrong with the UI ?

I had other weird display bug in the TypeWindow but I'll open another thread for this one.

Would you be able to PM me a project which replicates the settings not saving? I've had another report of this, but am yet to receive a way of replicating it.
