The Asset Store says:

current ver. 3.1.2

When I download and import this version, the Import dialog only offers

"Easy Save 2"

A screenshot is attached.

Also, when I import it into Unity 2019.1.6f1, I get the following error right away:

Assets\Easy Save 2\ES2Init.cs(24,26): error CS0029: Cannot implicitly convert type 'System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary<Type, ES2Type>' to 'System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary<System.Type, ES2Type>'

Restarting Unity doesn't help.

Can you please advise what to do?
