Hello
Currently learning to use 'AutoSave' feature.
what i want is An object that existed when saving, but no longer exists at the time of loading,
I don't want that object to be recreated even if I load it.
Can I use AutoSave to do the above?
Thanks for reading
AutoSave Question
Re: AutoSave Question
Hi there,
Auto Save stores the state of objects which exist, not whether they’ve been destroyed. However, if you private message me your invoice number I can send a script which you can attach to an object to store it’s destroyed state.
All the best,
Joel

Re: AutoSave Question
Hi, could I take you up on that offer as well please.
I have gameobjects placed in the editor that die, and I'm having to save a "IsDead" bool, which kills them again once the level is loaded with Easy save, which is far from ideal

Re: AutoSave Question
No problem, PM over your invoice number and I’ll send it over
