Problem with save file
Hello, I'm having problems with my save file after playing for a while and now I can't open the save file on Easy save 3. Does anyone know the cause and how to fix it? I don't want to have to start over again right now. Thanks

Unfortunately it's not possible to tell what is happening from what you've described and we've had no other reports of this happening.
Please could you provide more information such as error messages you're receiving.
Also the invoice number or order number you provided at sign up doesn't appear to be valid. Please could you private message me your valid order or invoice number so that I can provide you with support.
